CBRE New Zealand, a global leader in commercial real estate services, enlisted Gaze to design and fit out their new office space as they relocated back into the Christchurch CBD. The objective was to create a modern and flexible workspace that could accommodate various working styles while reflecting CBRE's corporate identity.

Gaze designed the new CBRE office, spread across two levels of a new High Street building in Christchurch. The office on level 3 was planned as a functional, open-plan space conducive to collaboration, within formal areas for team interactions and meetings. The floor above served as a public-facing area, showcasing CBRE Christchurch's corporate presence. It featured a welcoming reception and lounge area, surrounded by private meeting rooms and a boardroom with full-height exterior glazing. A sliding partition wall allowed for seamless expansion into the lounge area for larger corporate events.

The result is a dynamic and versatile office environment that aligns with CBRE's global standards while reflecting their local presence in Christchurch. The design promotes collaboration and professionalism, with dedicated spaces for both internal teamwork and client interactions. The office layout and amenities cater to diverse working styles, fostering productivity and engagement among CBRE's team members.
