Following the successful redevelopment of Asmuss’s office environment, Stage 2 focused on upgrading the warehouse and operational infrastructure to support long-term performance, safety and efficiency.
This phase delivered major structural and safety enhancements, including a new 50-metre precast wall, roofing upgrades, façade cladding, traffic management improvements and asphalt works. Extensive fire and compliance upgrades were also completed, including smoke vents, hydrants and emergency lighting — ensuring the facility meets complex regulatory requirements.
Sustainability and value were central to the approach. Monthly waste reporting enabled effective landfill diversion, while a targeted roof replenishment strategy avoided full replacement, delivering approximately $300k in cost savings without compromising durability or performance.
Together with the Stage 1 office refurbishment, the project extends asset life, reduces ongoing operational costs, and supports Asmuss’s future-focused operational goals.
