Restaurant Brands relocated from a 2 level semi industrial building of 1800m2 to a single level office space. Their key objectives were a change of culture, eliminating of existing culture barriers and merging of 3 very different brands. Office layout was to  change from the existing 50/50 open plan/office to 85/15 open plan/office. Gaze Commercial’s involvement also included the building selection process, all client objectives were met and the project was delivered within budget and on time.
