It’s often the attention to detail that makes a commercial interior stand apart. For the Lumley head office, the design documentation and working drawing were undertaken by Gaze Commercial.

Gaze Commercial also provided full project and cost management services for both the hard and soft fit-outs. The work encompassed overall project coordination, including tendering, quality assurance, and the on-site construction management of all trades.

The internal staircase’s linking floors 14 and 15 is a major design feature, helping to integrate departments and encouraging a more interactive work environment. Breakout areas and kitchenettes on each floor also create a more people focused work environment.

The Flexibility of the workplace is reflected in the open plan layout and the design of tough-down areas on all four levels. These are wired to enable brokers to connect laptops when they come into the office for short periods.
