The pre-refurbish rental rate was $165/sqm net, the post-refurnish rental rate is $250/sqm net.

The total capital expenditure including major AC and services upgrade was $1.3M.
Exterior redevelopment included replacing existing cladding and façade entrance and the creation of a new lobby and canopy.
Creation of a separate Café ground floor tenancy.
Interior lobby and stairwell upgrade including lift car.
Interior shell upgrade including carpet, ceilings, lighting, fire, mechanical and decoration to an open floor tenancy.
